Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect someone else has signed in.

Tickets and entry

• Each ticket admits one person to the venue named on the ticket, on the date shown.
• QR codes are single-use. Once scanned, a ticket cannot be re-used.
• You may forward a ticket to someone else, but only one person can use it.
• The venue may refuse entry under their own admission rules (alcohol, banned items, capacity, etc.).

Refunds

Refunds apply only when a fixture is officially cancelled or rescheduled by FUFA. See the refund policy for the procedure.

Personal data

We use your email and phone number to send you ticket confirmations and match-day information. Our privacy policy explains the full picture.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always the one on this page; we will email you about material changes if you have an account.
