We collect only what we need to sell you a ticket and get you through the gate. Here is the full picture, in plain English.
What we collect
- Your name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you create an account.
- Your order history -- which tickets you bought, when, for which fixture, and at what price.
- Scan history -- when, where, and by which steward your ticket was admitted.
- Standard web logs (IP, browser) for fraud prevention and support.
What we do with it
- Send you tickets, receipts, and match-day reminders.
- Help support staff resolve issues you contact us about.
- Detect and stop ticket scalping or unauthorised resale.
- Anonymously report aggregate sales and attendance to FUFA.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- We do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing.
- We do not see or store your card details -- those go straight to Pesapal.
Your rights
Sign in and head to my account to download or delete your data at any time. The download includes everything we have on you in machine-readable form. Deletion is irrevocable and we cannot recover your order history afterwards.
